Introduction
K9Bioactives is a dog supplement company dedicated to supporting canine health through natural, science-backed ingredients. With a growing e-commerce presence, the brand needed a stronger social media strategy to increase awareness, drive conversions, and establish trust in their product line.
I was hired as a freelance graphic designer to create a cohesive visual direction for Instagram that aligned with their website branding while making educational content engaging and easy to digest.

K9Bioactives had strong products but low brand awareness and minimal engagement on social media. They needed a way to educate dog owners about ingredients while building trust and visual cohesion with their website.

I studied both major pet brands (like Purina) and human wellness companies (like AG1). The insight? Education builds trust. Dog owners want clear, digestible ingredient info—and a brand voice that feels authoritative but approachable.
This insight shaped the content strategy: highly structured, informative posts that not only delivered facts but also reflected a cohesive, expert brand identity.

If I had more time and resources, I would expand the campaign to include video and reel templates for each content category, allowing the brand to reach an even wider audience.
